Purchased Parts

For purchased parts that are part of your subsystem, it is essential to record both the part number and quantity in the COTS board. This tracking process helps ensure we maintain sufficient stock levels and allows for timely ordering when inventory runs low. Additionally, the list serves as a reference for kitting parts into designated subsystem storage bins, streamlining the assembly process and reducing downtime.

Locate the Purchased Parts board for the current season

Open the Part Intake Form

All parts should be input through the Part Intake Form. Please do not try to manually enter a part directly into the board.

Fill out Part Intake Form

Please make sure you fill all the information out correctly. Any information that input incorrectly will stay that way until changed or we make a bad part. In our effort to go fast and be efficient, we don't want to waste time building bad parts.
