Process A: Setting Up a Subsystem

Navigate to the Subsystems board for the current year

If you do not have access to this board, please let a Design Mentor know

Open the New Subsystem Form

Enter the Subsystem Name

The system will automatically assign the next number in the available numbers list

Verify Correct Information

Navigate back to the Main Table view and ensure your subsystem was created and is assigned a unique subsystem number
